INVENTÁRIO is an arts workshop for children and young people aged 3 to 18, which promotes artistic experimentation through the visual arts, multimedia arts and performing arts.

It is a multidisciplinary space for artistic experimentation, offering consistent support, as well as intensive workshops and other one-off weekend events.

The word inventário derives from the Latin term inventarium, which in turn comes from the verb invenire — to discover, to find. 

As they share the same root, the words inventário and invention belong to the same linguistic family. Whilst an invention is the discovery of something completely new, an inventory is a list of assets or processes that have been discovered or collected. 

Just as an inventory brings together distinct elements into a single collection, the workshop brings together different artistic languages, techniques and forms of expression.
